Can we send a form to an ASP script?

Hi everyone,
I have an internal WSS where users fill in their bug reports. Sharepoint allows the IT guys to receive emails, warning them that an issue was posted on the site. This is not enough.

Does anyone have an idea how to send the full form to an ASP script? What I am trying to do is have the filled-in form transferred to a communication system different than email.
