Can we pass mesure value as parameter to Drill Trhough report to filte

Not that I'm aware of. You could try to name a field in your drill through report identical to the name of your measure, then see what happens.
To the best of my knowledge, measures are not passed to drill-through reports.
Why would passing a measure add any value? If your cube contains macro data, and your drill-through report contains detail, the measure value shouldn't apply at the drill through level.
