Can we install TS license manager in PDC/BDC ? 1

Recently i've tried to install Metaframe XP in W2K Server box, as a member server of NT4 domain. the strange thing is the port 1494 was not running... i'm curious this cause by TS license manager was not installed in this domain.

if we don't have any NT4 Terminal Server installed in this domain, is that possible we only install the TS license manager module (from Winnt4 TS) in one of the NT4 PDC or BDC ?

if yes, can we still purchase this type of license from microsoft ? thanks...

No, it should be maintained on the citrix server. A PDC/BDC (NT4) doesn't know what to do with it. Install the license manager on the citrix server that joins the NT4 domain and add the nescessary licenses. It should work with no problem.
