Can we include sentence when data is not there in the report? 1

We have scheduled report with some filtered value. Like, i am scheduling report for Availablity of network WAN interfaces based on 5 minute average value with filter value equal to 70%. If any of the WAN interfaces doesn't have average value equal to 70 %, i will get a report in email for that particular time with no data inside. In this, i dont want to have just a blank report with the title, instead i want to include a sentence saying " None of the WAN interfaces No average data for today" like that. Is it possible and how to do it?

Yes, on the list properties, under the conditional properties area change the No Data Contents to Yes. This should bring up a tab in your data area that you can put the sentence in. When there is no data, this tab will be displayed rather then the data tab.

Yes, it's possible in a cross tab report.

In report studio, the lower left part of your screen lists the properties. Make sure you have crosstab selected. It will say Properties ^ Crosstab. From there Select the No Data contents and change it to yes.
