Can we have caller hear zip tone too?

We've recently started using auto-answer for ACD calls. The agent hears the zip tone just fine. But the caller no longer hears a ring that their call is being connected and just a second or two of silence until the agent starts to speak. The zip tone is less than a second, so that's not the problem. Is there a way to have the caller hear the zip tone too? Or something at least while the zip tone is being played to the agent?

What is the first line in your vector?
If it is "wait 2 seconds hearing silence" try changing that to "hearing ring"


Speak softly and carry a big switch
