We've recently started using auto-answer for ACD calls. The agent hears the zip tone just fine. But the caller no longer hears a ring that their call is being connected and just a second or two of silence until the agent starts to speak. The zip tone is less than a second, so that's not the problem. Is there a way to have the caller hear the zip tone too? Or something at least while the zip tone is being played to the agent?
