AAS will not see any non-Accpac tables unless you use ADO in your custom code. Any reports must use the non-Accpac tables in subreports only, and this will probably break in 5.5.
Adding tables to an Accpac database is a futile attempt, unless you are using the Accpac SDK. There is no benefit gained in adding your tables to the Accpac database, and your tables may be obliterated with a database load. It is better to use your own database and keep it separate from Accpac, then integrate to Accpac using the COMAPI.
