can we connect two junction calls in conferance mode?

Hi once again!
In previous posts you have indicated that you only have pstn lines and ad these don't give a clear down signal, you can't connect two of them together as they will just lock up and never clear down witout intervention. Don't go there!!!
That is unless pstn lines are different in your part of the world!!!
