can we configure a 3rd party TFTP Server on a different machine where we map the folder of Phone Manager for IP Office 500, for remote VOIP Phones. Currently we have 60 VOIP Phones connect through VPN Tunnel, but now when someone unplugged the cable, that phone goes to discover and then it takes days to reconnect.

Tell all your VPN phones to use the IP Office's IP address as their "File Svr" (aka TFTP Server). In the IP Office, using Manager, under the System tree point the "TFTP Server" to the IP Address of any machine you like running TFTP. Or better yet go out and get yourself a $15 Compact Flash card and shove it in the slot on the back of the IP Office and put all your .bin/.txt/.scr files on that and in Manager point the TFTP Server to the IP Office itself eliminating the need for an external server altogether.

yes you can do that but you will have to make sure you assign the separate IP addresses in option 176 of your DHCP server or put in the IPs statically. I try to have separate tftp servers on networks that are connected over satellite.
