Can we configure Maximum Row Size?

No you cannot. If you need more than this consider if one or more of your fields could be changed to text or nxt datatypes. another strategy is to create another tabble for the additional fields and set up a relationship to the first. It would be a one-to one relationship rather than a one to many.
