Can we change style of cursor in forms6i

Is it possible to change cursor style in forms6i. I have users that are used to looking at a chunky cursor. Is this possible to change?

Use SET_APPLICATION_PROPERTY(CURSOR_STYLE,...);

This will change the look of the mouse pointer.

What i was looking for was the flashing icon in a text box. Our users are used to old applications with a bright flashing cursor. Any ideas.
