I have a VPN link to my office Network from a Windows XP Professional Laptop which dials my private ISP first. If I log into the laptop using cached credentials for my office domain first the VPN connection can connect fine without having to ask for any usernames or passwords after the first connection. My problem is that once a month my office password changes so to update the cached credentials on the laptop I believe I have to log in the laptop using my new office domain credentials and tick the "Logon using Dial-Up Networking" option. This does work but the logon insists on presenting my office domain credentails from the Logon Window to my ISP. I have to arrange for the ISP connection to (allways) prompt for a username/password and overwrite the defaults it picks up. Is there any way around this ?
