Can Voicemail Pro distinguish between transfer and incoming?

Hello,

Quick question.

Can Voicemail Pro distinguish between a transferred call and a call incoming via a DID number? (With both resulting at the leave mail for the user)

If it can, is there a way to set a test condition for this?

Technically all calls to voicemail are transfers as the voicemail server is a separate system to the IP Office. And up until 4.0 is hasn't had access to a call's DID information. However for 4.1 there is a $DDI variable* which can be used as part of call routing (see the Route by Variable action).

*DID/DDI are the same, just a US/UK English difference.
