Can vbscript call a function in ASP? If yes, how? Thanks..

It is possible to call from client side fuctions in an asp it calls Remote Object Scripting and it works great.

Like other things on your IIS server u must get the latest update of the _ScriptingLibrary to prevent such attacks.
And u coul do some authentication method before use theese function to prevent unauthorized call of the functions...
It will be better if u use asp file to generate your html files witch acess your asp functions cuz u could make some init things witch an intruder cannot and u could check this inits on your asp functions called from html file...
It's a lot more methods to protect your asp files witch contains objects or functions as RemoteObjectScripting contains...
I use it and work just fine...
As a matter of security, there is not such a thing here, if anyone really want to breach your web server security it would, no matter security u have, all u have to do is to improve it and to monitorize your web acess and ports for intruders... ________
