Can users somehow change their own DTMF Breakout destinations?

I had a request to see if users could be allowed to change their own DTMF breakout destinations. System is on version 9.1 with VM Pro. I looked at Self Administration but logging in does not appear to allow users to change these options. Customer is stating it would be beneficial for certain users to change this from time to time. Does anyone have any ideas on how this might be accomplished without having access to Manager?

Nom and I hope this will never be possible.

Because it would be a security risk where a users sets an DTMF destination to an external overseas number, and then during the weekend calls his own DID, and let him transfer to the overseas number.

So no, don't do it.
