Can u EFD to to a PSTN nbr?

Hi Troops,

Can you EFD direct to a PSTN nbr? If so is CFTA all that needs to be amended in CLS?
Or do you have to create a phantom with DCFW?

shouldn't need the cdn, but that is one that i would try before i wrote a how to book. i use maxp 1 acd's to redirect, acd's have very open rules as forward targets. cfxa is needed in cls
