Can a trunk group be split into multiple routes?

TMDI-PRI TIE Trunk

TN 001 01-05 Route 1
TN 001 06-11 Route 2
TN 001 12-17 Route 3
TN 001 18-23 Route 4

Does it require multiple D-channels or can they all use 24 for D-channel?

how do i change TN 001 20-23 and make a new route 4 out of those channels. LD 14 or 16?

Does it require busying any those channels out

right now: TN 001 01-05 rte 1 tie & TN 001 05-23 rte 3 tie
TN 002 01-23 rte 2 atvn
