I want to create a PDF document that will pull updated information from my web site each time it is opened by the reader.

The majority of the document is static, but there are a couple of pages that will change over time. Is it possible in Acrobat to create a document that will be kept up to date even after the user has downloaded it?

You can build a form that will pull data from a database to populate fields. However for this to work the data on your website would have to be stored in such a database and that database would have to be accessable to the viewer of the PDF.

The problem this creates is you either have a wide open database which is bad ... or you could run into situations where some users may not be able to view the data properly because they are not online.
