Our sales team have come up with a request for the following.

Customer has an Index with Auto Attendant and Seltek voicemail. The connectivity to the CO is via ISDN (E1).

What they are looking for is to connect the BCM to the Index via DPNSS.

Incoming calls on the Index would go via DPNSS to the Auto Attendant of the BCM, and then calls would route back to the extns on the Index. (They do not wish to change handsets at present).

All current users on the Index would have voicemail on the BCM..

There would also be approximately 12 home users with IP handsets connected via ADSL.

With the above information, would it work, or would there be complications.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Regards

Hi option11

You will have no problem with the DPNSS to the index. Your problems are going to be the homeworkers on the adsl. You will require a better service than just ADSL. You will require a service like IP clear or SDSL.

If you send me a config I will have a look and let you know what to look out for.
