Little help please, I seem to remember reading or hearing a blurb that the personal folder in Outlook cannot be shared between Outlook2000 and Outlook2003. That once Outlook2003 has opened the person al folder (*.pst) it will then appear to be corrupt when Outlook2000 tries to open it. Is this true??

Yes. OL2k3 uses a different format from OL2k.
