Can the Parameter form have live list boxes

What I mean is, when you use a list box to, for example, select products, can you produce a list box which interrogates the data to list, for example all your products, rather then those chosen when you first set up the parameter.

The only other solution I can see to this is to update the list whenever you add a product, whic is not practical where I work.

Also, does anyone know how many items the list is limited to.
