I need the ability to view sent e-mail from a certain user. Is it possible to copy e-mail as he is sending it to another mail box ?

Another way would be to maybe enable message journaling. Would this give me the ability to view an archive of all of user "X" e-mail (sent and received) Could this be configued to journal just a single user ?

Any input someone may have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

abovebrd

Log on as Administrator on your computer and set your Exchange profile advanced mailbox window to include their name. This opens Outlook with access to your email and theirs.

Now you can see their inbox, sent items etc. So long as you do not have mark email as read after selecting email then they will never know.

Then you can browse their sent items at will.

Thanks,

That will be very helpful
