Hi, we have been trying to figure out along with our 911 vendor why the Avaya system is not sending out the ELE (Emergency Location Extension). It is reading the public numbering table which we do not want it to do. Is there a place in the Avaya system (we are c.m. 6.2.2.) System manager 6.2.2 that will allow us to specify this?
It keeps reading the caller id or public numbering table but not the ELE which we were told by the 911 vendor it could do.
