Can tasks be sent on behalf of another account? In the same way that email can be sent by delegates? I am using Exchange server 2003 and Outlook 2003.
I'm trying to set up an account from wich tasks can be sent to people on a project, and those people can all then see all tasks and their progress for that project easily.
For examplel; Pat and Chris have a meeting and decide that Chris has 3 things to do for the project, and Pat has one. Pat then sends the tasks "on behalf of" the project. That way the editable copy is owned by the one doing the work and the updated one is located in once place for the whole project. Sam can then easily look at the public task folder of the project and see the progress.
Thanks in advance.
Jeff
