Can`t enter to hotmail or to msn messenger!!!!

i have a problem with hotmail when i send my user name and password it take me to a url site that it´s not connected and messenger gives me a problem and a error that said´s code error 0x81000370, they say it´s spyware but Im not sure any one can Help me to connect to hotmail before they close my account.

You need to download AdAware from Lavasoft (

http://www.lavasoftusa.com),

and Spybot Search and Destroy (

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html)and

then run both and clean your system of the spyware. You may also have a virus that is redirecting your browser to another site. Run a complete system scan using the most recent virus definitions provided by your virus scanning software and then reboot and try your Hotmai.
