Can surf the WEB, but can't connect to Static IP of internal server

Here's the situation. Running Cisco UBR905. Access to internet works perfectly. However, when we try to connect to the static IP of a server we are hosting internally, we can't access it from within our LAN. We can connect to the static IP from outside the LAN with no problem. Also, if we do a traceroute from within our LAN to the Static IP, it just loops endlessly. We can do a traceroute outside of our LAN and it works fine. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
private to public ip address. insert a route and or add a secondary ip address of the network on your ethernet port of the router. I need more infomation to accuratly resolve the problem. “Reserve your right to think, for even to think wrongly is better than not to think at all”
