Can style sheets call in html code for 'static items'

hi

I am creating a site that uses a logo placed in the top left corner , and has a title bar.

can this be called in as a code via the style sheet so I can have just one file with logo and title in the center, and bring it in ?

Style Sheets are as their name implies for styling. Not HTML can be included in them or called from them.

If you need to include HTML you can use server-side includes (SSI) or a server side language include method.
