Can SQL Server 2005 connect to ODBC

I'm upgrading from Microsoft SqlServer 2000 on one computer to SqlServer 2005 on a different computer (in same local network)

I've installed Sql Server 2005 but have not been able to get ODBC to work on either server.

 
Can you be more specific?

What error are you getting? What are you doing when you get the error?

Did you apply service pack after installing 2005? If not make sure to install it
