Can Special Fields (Print Date) be used in Select Expert

Hi,

I need to compare a date to today's date when select the data. May I use "Print Date" which is in Special Fields? When I open Record Selection Formula Editor, the Special Fields does not show. I have no way to pick the Print Date. If this is not possible, is there any other ways to use current date in the selection?

You can type in: currentdate

...for today's date.

Use: datadate

...for the date the report was run.
