Can someone tell me how to achieve this effect?

I would like to do something similar to the animation found here:

I like the way the animation has highlights running around the edges of the Thunderbird. I would like to so something similar for my site but being fairly new to LM2, I'm not sure how this would be accomplished.

I'd use a seperate movie file and load it behind, slightly larger, if it is the affect I think you're talking about.

putting the "new" in "newb".....
