Can someone please help with an annnoying problem.

I'm trying to remove a dial string from the ars table.

I entered 'ch ars an 030' went to the line with the dialed string and used the space bar in combination with tab to clear the record. Then I hit enter. When I did a display of the ARS it is still there.

You probably use more than one partition for ars analysis. Try "li ars an part ..." and see if there's information in one of the other partitions. If so, delete this first.

Brandaris' advice is a nice one, but remember, from release 6 and further, partitioned groups are administered elsewhere, and this problem would not occur.
