Can someone help me with ip 93.86.76.176 - is it fake?

Hi Members,

My forum pays people to post, and last month or so.. i had to ban multiple accounts linked to one user... im having the same issue this month...

using a ip checker, 93.86.76.176 search result shows

% Information related to '93.86.0.0 - 93.86.127.255'

On another tech forum, a member told me this is a fake ip, the user is using something like HIDE MY IP...

When i speak to the member about this fake ip.. he claims its not him....

im not sure if anyone in this forum can help... i found this site on google and will give it a try..

can someone help me get an answer to this issue.. why does it show, that this output has been filtered.. when i trace other ips belonging to other members, i dont have this warning....

If you're showing connected sessions with this IP address, then I would double-check the security or your server.

other companies ip adress dont have this warning...

this website issues that warning.. it does not issue that warning on 20+ ips i already searched... other members are listed perfectly

Could be a Net Bot server, hijacked by someone and used to spamminate your forum. Yes, I just made that word up...spamminate.

Their info is not up to date.
It's possible that IP range was 'unassigned' until recently.
