Can someone find the App record on the AMC using this hardware ID.

Hello to all,

I will be switching employers soon but until then don't have access to the AMC. I want to do a refresher on 3300 CXi and would like to configure this one as a bit of training. The Hardware Identifier from the Licence options and selection page is 00000003E90E.

If someone can lookup the Application Record ID I would appreciate that, and, do I need the puchased options values filled, because options such as these (below) are still set to zero?


ACD Agent Licenses: 0
IP Device Licenses: 0
Mailbox Licenses: 0
Digital Link Licenses: 0
Compression Licenses: 0

I believe this system is a few years old but has never been configured.

Only the VAR/solutionPARTNER that currently holds VoR (vendor of record) status can look that up for you.
