In terms of which does the call routing how are both working together and what is their primary function.

I believe you do the CDNs in Succession and Symposium does the scripting? What's the difference between a CDN and a script.

Thank you.

J.L

The cdn's are numbers that the symposium acquires (takes controll of).

Symposiums scripting is the list of instructions that tell the incoming call what to do.

In the symposium succession arragement, the symposium takes the call processing away from the sucession. The succession only does the switching from a CDN to an agent phone. A CDN is aquired by the symposium which points to a call routing script which is a set of instructions as to how to handle the call for that particular CDN. Ultimately it will instruct the succession to connect the CDN to an agent phone set. At this point the script terminates and control is handed back to the succession.
