Can someone check this for my peace of mind... 3

I've just moved office and the new building has a massively fast connection to the internet however it also has a proxy server that caches everything and is a pain to get around :-(

I can get around this for most things flash related, and will have my own router sorted by tomorrow, but there are a couple of problems with refreshing xml files I'm stuck with temporarily. Can someone check out this site:

... and make sure that something (anything) is appearing in the 'links' section? Also any news on download speeds etc is most welcome.
