Can sendmail send errors to the 'Reply to:' address ???

We are running an application that allows users to email reports from the database. In our database we store the email address of each user which is then included in the email as 'Reply to:'
When a bad address is used, an error is sent to the owner of the application but the user is unaware of the error. Is there a way to configure sendmail to send an error report to the 'Reply to:' address as well as the address of the application owner ???
