Hi, one of my clients cannot send email to a specfic domain. They will receive an NDR stating "could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator. <domain.com #4.4.7>"
If I look at a header email from a user that is trying to contact this domain, I can't seem to find anywhere in the header that tells me the emails origination. I guess I am trying to figure out if their reverse dns records are setup correctly. Is there anyone that explain to me how this needs to be setup or point me to a document that can help me? Thank you.
