I have a w2k domain, have 1 exchange 2000 server running on w2k server. I am able to send externally but not recieve, I have my own router and firewall in place, and am using my own server for mail transport, no ISP involved on mail side. I have been told that i need to tell the exchange server, that it needs to pick up mail for external registered domain, as internal domain on which mail server sits is different to external. I have tried setting up a smtp connector, under connectors but don't know if i am configuring it correctly.
Please if anybody can help would be much appreciated, Oh mail server has latest SP.
