Just noticed that we can park a caller from the Phone Manager and see the call parked, but it does not work from the phone itself. In addition, you cannot even see the parked call on the phone.

If you're using DS phones, you'll need to setup DSS buttons on the phone to reflect Park Zones. You can setup an appropriate park zone button for a phone in Manager in Button Programming by using Action: Park and Telephone number: "UserName". This should allow you to visually see if calls are parked in any particular zone. I have a docuement I can e-mail you if you like.

We use 2420 phones with the Park buttons already assigned. It has worked for nine months, but now the phone manager shows the parked call, but the Park button on some of the phones shows nothing. Most of the users have the Pro license, but a few use the lite version.
