Can see my WIC-2T card

I have a Cisco 2921 Router with IOS 15.1(4)M3 (c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M3.bin) I installed a WIC-2T card this morning but I am getting a these errors

Jan 2 12:00:03.335: %IOS_LICENSE_IMAGE_APPLICATION-6-LICENSE_LEVEL: Module name = c2900 Next reboot level = ipbasek9 and License = ipbasek9

Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

I'm not sure if I need a new IOS that supports WIC-2T. If I do does anyone know what IOS I need to download? Thanks

It's not an IOS issue they are not supported on the 29XX routers
