Can Runtime Access run a Make-Table Query?

I work for a company in which I develop small scale Access 2000 databases. It has come to the point where we now wish to purchase Office Developer so we can release the databases to the masses using Runtime Access. Before I go ahead and purchase this kit I want to make sure first that Runtime will be able to run the databases I have built.

Therefore, the part of the databases that most worries me is the Make-Table queries that I have. With Access Runtime you are limited to basically jut changing the data, so will it be able to run the make-table queries I have?
