Can Roxio Drag-to-Disc be Added?

I got a new PC that came with Roxio Creater DE 10.2. However, it does not have Drag-toDisc. Is there any way that I can get this separately from somewhere? Or is there a way that I can re-install it from my old pc? (There is a folder that says "install" but I can't find which, if any, of the files there does an installation). Nothing obvious such as "setup"

I don't know whether you can install your old program, or parts of it, on your present machine, it maybe a licensing problem too?

Something like Nero's InCd worked on XP.
