I have a program set up where a user will book orders for customers. Now when the orders are booked the user can enter as many as they want but when it comes to printing a manifest

IE
POSTAL CODE#1 COMMUNITY

POSTAL CODE#2 COMMUNITY
CLIENT etc.

When I create this manifest using a query it only take the information from the first 51 clients that were entered

WHY IS THIS AND CAN ANYBODY HELP ME !!!!!!!!!

Thanks

Check to see if your query is being limited to fifty records. In your toolbar, there should be a pull-down box with values like 5,25,100,5%,25%,All. This needs to be changed to all.

If you don't have this in your toolbar, try right clicking in a blank area of the query grid and going to the query properties. Check the 'top values' property to make sure it is set to all. Mike Rohde

Hi Jamie,
Is there something in the criteria of your query that could be limiting your results? Does the "combo box" on the query design view ("Top Values") say All? If you double-click on the background of the top part of the query (to pop up its properties) do you have "Unique Values" set to No? Perhaps "Unique Records" setting doesn't agree with what you're trying to obtain from this query? All good things to check! :) Gord

Thanks Mike

But now I've got another problem

I can open my database because it says that I'm out of memory

Why

Jamie

Have you tried things like closing and reopening Access? Compacting the database? Rebooting the machine? Do you get the error when running the query? Mike Rohde
