Can ping site - but can't load in browsers

I have a client who can't access our website. I got on his computer and found out he can ping the site by name and ip. I deleted temp internet files, did a ipconfig /flushdns, changed his dns servers and no luck. He can hit other sites with no problem. Using IE9 and Firefox. Any ideas why this site can't be accessed?

Did you try YOUR laptop or another computer while you were at the client site? Would like to rule out his computer.

Where else have you tried to reach your web site?? Try a coffee shop/fast food wifi connection just for a third opinion.

You might as well give us the site so we can all test it. Or is it super-secret/adult in nature?

Site works for me too. Was hoping for more exciting content.....

Check for: malware, pop-up blocker, hosts file strange entries

Also check the HOSTS file, it may be redirecting...
