CAN ping a VLAN network from my other branch but cannot make rdp

I have 3 showrooms in my company. 2 are near by each other and one is in another place. for example the name of showroom are as follows:
TELL1, TELL2 and TELL3. TELL2 is connected to TELL1 with the help of vlan. both branch have there saparate server with different class ip address where TELL1 IP start from 10.10.10.1 and TELL2 start from 172.16.2.1. Both of branch I can share files remote desktop can do easly. But, the branch three TELL3 which is far from here, the router and local pc can ping the VLAN branch SERVER (TELL2) but cannot make rdp at all. as I am very new in IT field so please guys solve me out from this problem. I will be very thanks full for all of you.

running configuration ?
what kind of layer three do you have ?
what access-lists if any do you have ?
VPN config if applicable..

I am thinking along the same lines as imbadatthis. Is there a firewall on the remote site?
