We are thinking of implementing an IVR with dyanmic port allocation. I plan on having a CDN that is the same number as the DNIS queue calls to the IVR Queue. But If I have a Phantom (numbered the same as the DNIS)answer the call first go to mail and then go to the IVR queue will the DNIS be passed?

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

I do not know much about ACD and stuff, but I know this:

CDN's MUST be unique
Phantoms MUST be unique

I'm clear on that. I just need to know if in the senario where the first point of contact in the switch is a phantom - Will DNIS be passed?

Thanks again
