Is there a way of pasting a vb form into an excel sheet or cell still containing all the selected items?

I'm not sure what you meant by the 2nd half of your question. However, I don't think there is a way to paste a form onto a spreadsheet. But if you want a form on the spreadsheet, you can mimmick it by formatting a group of cells to look like a form an then embedding the controls on the sheet in that area.
