Can Password reminder pass from server to laptop???

By default, the password reminder send message out to users 14 days before the expiration day. I have a group of users who have laptops and work at off-site.

When they are in the office, they connect their laptops to the server and do their work. But they only come to the office once a week (sometimes once every 2 weeks). Since they are not in the office most of time, they don't get to see the password reminder message. Because of that, they are having troubles to check their web mail when the password expired.

How can I make changes to allow the password reminder message passing from server to user laptops? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

They have to be connected to the domain during logon to get that. You'd have to code some script to send them an email.
