Can Partner II Display Number and Name at the same time?

I have a Partner II system R4.1 that I just put together from used parts. From my memory with Partner ACS systems, they used to display both the number and name of the calling party on both lines of the display on display phones. Now I have as my main phone a modern Partner-18D phone (pre-Euro) and it shows one or the other depending on the ID-name button. Same with the MLS-12D that I have. I have not checked the MLS-34D yet.

Is there a setting I am missing or is this just the way it is?
