Can P.SQL 2000i Do Horizontally Partitioned Views?

Or something like it?

We have a table that contains customer history which, depending on the customer, may contain data from 3 months to 3 years. Is there some way to break this data down (possibly in views) without compromising the Crystal Reports that are looking at this table? Or at least cutting down the run time of the reports down from many, many hours?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! s-)
