can outlook display asp pages?

stupid question time : i know outlook can display normal html pages but can outlook display asp pages?

only if the ASP page is running off an IIS server, I am not sure but someone could create an HTML with an <IFrame> that links to a ASP that is remote, but if you mean an unencoded *.asp file sitting as an attachment then no, it has to run off a IIS Server.
